Dasypodia selenophora, has a number of common names including Southern Old Lady Moth, Granny Moth, and Southern Moon Moth. A moth of the family Noctuidae. it was first described by Achille Guenée in 1852.
Most of observation are in the southern half of Australia, from the west coast to the east coast, and some sightings through Central Australia. It is also found on Norfolk Island, New Zealand and Macquarie Island.
The wingspan of Dasypodia selenophora is about 90 mm. The larvae feed on Acacia species.
