Located at the northern end of Barangaroo Reserve is Marrinawi Cove. A beautiful and sheltered spot located at the northern end of Barangaroo Reserve. Sculpted sandstone line the cove, and is popular with locals and tourist for bathing, swimming, and snorkelling. There is safety netting that encloses the swimming area, signage and shower. Wear suitable footwear.

Created as a natural environment, with oysters, algae and other marine life, care should be taken with the slippery and uneven surfaces.

Marrinawi comes from the Sydney Aboriginal word for large canoe, and was used to describe the vessels of the First Fleet into Sydney Harbour. The Gadigal are a clan of the Eora Nation, who lived and used this area, canoeing and fishing.

The Wulugul Walk is a 11 km harbourside walk that connects Woolloomooloo to the Anzac Bridge.
