Welcome to our Sydney Art section. Art is a broad term, that encompasses a broad range of categories, from literature, the visual arts (such as painting, drawing, sculpture, etc), the graphic arts, decorative arts, architecture and more. Art is more then just galleries and museums, although places like the Art Gallery of NSW should certainly be on your visit list. Art is of course is not confined within a building. Indeed, as you travel around the broad metropolitan expanse of Sydney, there is much to see and experience, and we would like to take you on a journey of some of the things that have caught our eye, and in some cases, we have fallen in love with. The following is the Australian building designed by Frank Gehry, one of the world’s most celebrated architects. It is one of the landmarks along the ‘cultural ribbon’ that extends from the Sydney Opera House down to UTS, taking in Darling Harbour and The Goods Line development.
