Across Australia: Darwin to Adelaide
The 2007 Panasonic World Solar Challenge, celebrating its 9th anniversary, saw the leading ‘Adventure Class’ Ashiya University Solar Car Project arrive in Alice Springs late Monday 22 October afternoon (at 16:30 hrs), whilst the 4 leading ‘Challenge Class’ vehicles arrived Tuesday 23 October in the morning, with the Nuon Solar Team leading the charge arriving at 08:23 hrs.

Nuon Solar Team
Entered in the ‘Challenger Class’, the Dutch Team won the ‘World Solar Challenge’ in Nuna4, reaching the final checkpoint at Angle Vale (Adelaide). 2007-10-25 16:54
