This seating area is located in the southern part of the Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney.
This seating is a memorial to Henry Kendall was provided under the bequest of Mrs A M Hamilton-Grey, an admirer of his poetry and was erected in the year 1940.
All my day
Have been the days of a laborious life
And ever on my struggling soul has burned
The fierce heat of this hurried sphere
