Grevillea hookeriana is a species in the genus Grevillea, family Proteaceae and is endemic to the south-west of Western Australia. Commonly known as Red Toothbrushes or Hooker’s Grevillea, it is a spreading to erect shrub that grows up to 2.5 m high.

The flowers are arranged in toothbrush-shaped groups on a rachis (a main axis). The flowers of this group are white, red, brown, black.
