Grevillea cagiana is a species endemic to the south-west of Western Australia.

The common name of Red Toothbrushes, comes from the arrangement of the flowers, in a toothbrush-like grouping. The rachis is between 200-600 mm long, from which the (yellow, orange, pink red) pistil and style grow. The style is bright orange-red to red in colour.
