XanthesmaXanthesma (Xenohesma) perpulchra Xanthesma (Xenohesma) perpulchra and Xanthesma (Xanthesma) brachycera
Xanthesma (Xenohesma) perpulchra. Cockerell established ‘perpulchra’ in 1916 based only on males from the Perth region. Exley in 1968 established Xanthesma vittata based only on females. Her holotype was from the NT and she noted some differences in specimens from WA. Even if X. vittata proves to be the female of X. perpulchra, the latter name will take priority.
