Hylaeus nubilosus, commonly known as the Cloudy Masked Bee, belonging to the genus Hylaeus, known collectively as Masked Bees.
The Masked Bees get their name from their distinctive yellow or white markings on their faces.
The Cloudy Masked Bee (Hylaeus nubilosus) typical have a white masked face and a yellow patch, although there have been observations of Hylaeus nubilosus with a yellow masked face.
