How do you like your Poached Eggs…

Well… sunny side up… for starters…

Who doesn’t like poached eggs… they look glorious when you have them spread-out in front of you. The golden yellow yolks with the classic whites… 😀

But if you look closely at the “yolk”, not all “yolks” are the same… 😀

There is of course the scrambled yolk… 😀

… and did you know that the yolk is also known as the “vitellus” … well that is biology for you 😀

then there is the lightly beaten white… all fluffy… 😀

and those moments when you have friends over to enjoy your poached eggs.. 😀

and we won’t say what these two were doing on the poached egg… now that is another story… 😀
