With the weather cooling down and only having six legs, this Golden Orb-weaver Spider, was quick when the Shield Bug nymph fell into her web.
There may have been fewer insects around the remnants of her web, and she appeared to be lethargic, but where food was around, she was quick to pounce, with the small male appearing to check-in on the catch.
