Ellery Creek Big Hole Long-nosed Dragon

There is a dragon at the creek, where…. at Ellery Creek Big Hole. One of our favourite little reptiles, these dragons are found in a broad sweep from western Queensland, upper part of South Australia, central part of Western Australia to the west coast, into the Northern Territory and down to the Central Australia region.

This little dragon was sighted at one of the largest permanent waterholes in the Tjoritja / West MacDonnell National Park, the Ellery Creek Big Hole, that provides an important source of water for the local wildlife.
