Pararguda rufescens is a moth of the Lappet Moths family Lasiocampidae. A fawn colour and furry looking moth found in New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria and Western Australia.
Pictured is the male of the species. The wingspan of this moth is about 40 mm for males and 50 mm for females. The larvae are often feeding on Eucalyptus cneorifolia.
