The Orange Assassin Bug (Gminatus australis), in the family Reduviidae, is a species of true bug. It has orange-red body, red to black head, and black legs. The mouthparts are short, thick and curved. The Orange Assassin Bud is up to 1 cm in body length.

Its current range from observations on Atlas of Living Australia include south-western Western Australia, eastern mainland from Queensland to South Australia, Tasmania and a single observation in Central Australia.
