The Araluen Cultural Precinct is the heart of Alice Springs art and culture, presenting over the many years various eclectic exhibitions, festivals and events.
It is a “keeping place of stories”, set amongst important Arrernte sites that are significant to the local Arltyerre (Dreaming) including yaye (big sister hill), yaye akweke (little sister hill) and a sacred 300-year-old corkwood tree.
