The Grey Tmarus (Tmarus cinerasceus) is a medium-sized crab spider, also known as Tmarus Crab Spider. Its colour provides camouflage allowing it to blend in specifically against the grey bark of plants, shrubs and trees (although they have been sighted stretched out along green stems (as pictured).
They have been recorded in North Queensland through to Victoria, along the coastal region. Whilst the female are slightly bigger, the male of the species have slightly longer legs than the female and a more slender abdomen.
