The Weeping Spinifex (Triodia brizoides) is is a compact tussock grass with leaves that grow to approximately 50 cm high with a sharply pointed tip. The T. brizoides are usually blue-green in colour when actively growing. The flower / seed heads arise out of the foliage to about 90 cm. The seed head is loose and open with straw coloured seeds that usually weeps or droops to one side.
