The species Hylaeus (Rhodohylaeus) maiellus, also known as the Orange-tailed Masked Bee.
In the following photograph Hylaeus (Rhodohylaeus) constrictiformis and Hylaeus (Rhodohylaeus) maiellus are roosting on Melaleuca armillaris.
This photo was taken using a blue envelope as backdrop. Looks okay but shows up the dust bunnies (which I have mostly removed).
