New South Wales offer plenty of places to indulge your passion for bird watching, with bird watching clubs, trails and tours. Those new to bird watching in New South Wales, can join the Birding NSW, an incorporated and not-for-profit organisation, registered as a recreational Club.

Of course, you can experience the pleasure of bird-watching throughout New South Wales. We present here some birds that have been photographed in New South Wales from our contributors. Check out our NSW Birds Index, and more information can be found in our main section on Birds | Birds Index.
