Billardiera fusiformis, commonly known as the Australian Bluebell or the Bluebell Creeper, is a species that was originally endemic to the south-west of Western Australia. Pictured here are from the Great Southern Region of WA.
A flowering, shrubby climber, with linear to narrowly elliptic leaves (5–50 mm long, 2–6 mm wide) and blue, white or pink, flowers that hang down, arranged singly or in groups of up to four.
Flowering occurs usually in late spring to summer. The fruit is a green, a spindle-shaped berry 20–25 mm long that turns purplish as it ages.
