This annual event has been running since 1946. In 2005 it then operated as a night time rodeo event. Now held annually on the Friday night of the Labour Day Long Weekend, it forms part of a 3 event tri-series that also includes Merrijig and Chilton on the same weekend.
This series attracts top riders from all across Australia, at which you can watch some of Australia’s toughest and best cowboys and cowgirls contesting a host of rodeo events.
The Kyabram Rodeo is one of the top 5 longest running rodeos in Australia, and has been inducted into the Rodeo Hall of Fame.
