Since arriving in Alice Springs in 2006, one of the many places I frequented and continue to visit, is the Alice Springs Desert Park. As one of the key attractions in Alice Springs, it is worth visiting throughout the year. A quick browse of some of the photographs I have snapped during my numerous visits to the desert park, there are many photos of different bird species, some wild birds that frequent the desert park, some in the glass / netted aviary enclosures and others at the Nature Theatre.
