Since arriving in Alice Springs in 2006, one of the many places I frequented and continue to visit, is the Alice Springs Desert Park. As one of the key attractions in Alice Springs, it is worth visiting throughout the year. A quick browse of some of the photographs I have snapped during my numerous visits to the desert park, include many photos of the different bird species, including some of the wild birds that frequent the desert park, those in the glass / netted aviary enclosures and others at the Nature Theatre.
