Kangaroo Grass (Themeda triandra), previously called Themeda australis, is one of the widespread grasses across Australia, as well as across the Pacific, Asia and Africa.
A perennial tussock forming grass, it grows between 60 to 90 centimetres high and about 22 centimetres wide. A green grass that becomes reddish brown at maturity.
