The word “procession” has its roots in Latin – move forward, late Old English, via Old French from Latin processio(n- ), from procedere ‘move forward’

Whilst not quite a cavalcade, on this particular morning, it was great to see this procession of “processionary caterpillars“. I stopped to have a closer look, and take some photos on my mobile… yes, this procession was made up of four 😀
