Adelaide Hills FaunaBeetles Birds Spiders
The Adelaide Hills has a rich diversity of insect including a group known as Beetles. From the commonly name Ladybird species, and the family Buprestidae, that are a beautiful and often iridescent colourful group of beetles known collectively as “Jewel Beetles” or “Metallic Wood-boring Beetles”.
