The native Bush Cockroach (Elipsidion humarale) is native to the northern part of Australia, having been found in the west in Perth, Western Australia, to the east in Brisbane, Queensland and south in Alice Springs, Northern Territory.
The Atlas of Living Australia interactive map depict this species concentrated along the coastline, from Queensland, through New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and some sightings in Tasmania.
