“Peek-a-boo…”
…the Amegilla (Blue banded bees) love the Morning Glory flowers, but they are only morning glory, by midday they’re closing up, done, finito, to be replaced by brand new ones the next morning…

For the sleepyhead Amegilla that don’t get up until mid morning it’s a bit like “Hey… I haven’t finished with that yet!…” and they squeeze their way in, gives you heaps of time to “sneak” up on them.

Haha you can even tell when it’s time to get ready to push the button ‘cos they make a funny frustrated whiney buzz noise when they’re trying to turn around to get out, a lot like a kid who’s woken up the wrong way ’round in his sleeping bag… and then as they emerge you scare crap out of ’em! 😆 Or… if it’s a bee, you snap a pic… 😀
