Referred to as the Harvest Highway, the South Western Highway covers a region
that stretches from Armadale, south of Perth to Walpole located near the south
coastline of Western Australia, passing through Harvey and Brunswick Junction.
Brunswick Junction is in the heart of agricultural and dairy region and an
emerging wine industry, visitors to the region can explore
the native jarrah forests, wander the golden beaches, and enjoy the towns and
local communities in Australind, Binningup,
Harvey, Myalup, Wokalup and
Yarloop. There is plenty to do in the region including swimming, fishing,
boating and surfing.
Visitors to the town can check out several of the historic buildings,
including the Shire Hall, churches and railway cottages.
